Personnel Profiles
The University of California, Office of the President (UCOP) offers several dashboards with UC employee information. To view UC Santa Cruz specific data, select 'Santa Cruz' under the Location filter in any of the dashboards linked below.
The UC Employee Headcount Dashboard includes April and October snapshots over time. The visualization can be further filtered by service focus, personnel type, full-time/part-time status, and employee location.
UC Employee Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)
The UC Employee FTE Dashboard includes April and October snapshots over time. The visualization can be filtered by service focus, personnel type, fund source, and employee location. The dashboard also offers a historical fiscal year view of employee FTE.
The UC Staff Workforce Profile can be filtered by location, and displays non-academic staff data by class title, gender, race/ethnicity, age and service years. In addition, information on separation rates and reasons, and counts of staff hires by personnel program are provided.
The UC Workforce Diversity Dashboards display current and historical views of academic and non-academic staff diversity by gender, race/ethnicity and citizenship, and age.
